Candice joined Humphries Mortgage in 2003 and has been in mortgage lending since 1990. She was fortunate to develop wonderful lasting relationships with realtors while working inside a real estate office and her years of experience taught her the necessary skills that have made her one of our top loan originators today. Her specialty as a loan originator is guiding her client through the mortgage process with ease that lets her clients know they are in the best of hands. The majority of her business comes from the loyal realtors who count on her to “get the job done” in a timely and painless fashion. Their trust in her and loyalty are keys to their relationship.
